Ray Laub was born in 1937, is married and has a family of seven children and eight grandchildren. He is now Vice-President of Rudella Corp as well as Founder and Immediate Past President of WIcare.

From 1962 until 2003, Ray was an insurance executive. For 30 years he was owner and Chief Executive of Laub Group Inc a major Midwestern regional insurance agency and broker headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 1997 Laub Group was acquired by the Horton Group based in Orland Park, Illinois.

Ray is currently the president of Terry Creek Company.

Ray is a former Regional Chairman of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Educational Council. He served six terms on the Nicolet Board of Education; and has had past leadership roles on the boards of DePaul Rehabilitation Hospital; St. Michael Hospital Foundation, Cardinal Stritch University; Ripon College; Assurex International and the Wisconsin Independent Insurance Agents. He has served on the boards of eight private primary and secondary schools.

Ray has degrees from Ripon College, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the Wharton School of Finance.

Currently Ray lives with his wife Pat in the Cliffs Valley Development at 2 Rose Thorn Court, Travelers Rest, South Carolina 29690.
